Latimer Building Services (NI) Ltd was founded in 1990 by Albert Latimer and was formerly known as Albert Latimer Building Services.

Over the past 25 years the business has vastly grown and one of its greatest assets is the comprehensive range of services that are available to both commercial and domestic customers.

Our strong reputation for hands-on service and quality workmanship has allowed us to achieve a high percentage of repeat clients.

The company has always held the belief that the customer comes first and that everyone deserves a first class service.

As our company is family owned, we are a close knit organisation; meaning our clients can speak and work directly with the directors of the company, for that added peace of mind.
